What can you say about Pam (or Dr Pam as she’s sometimes known)? Well for a start, she’s proved to be rather good at applying herself wholeheartedly to everything she does! After leaving school at 16, Pam pursued a career as a head receptionist while bringing up her two children before returning to part-time higher education – completing her BA, MA and PhD in her spare time.
When an opportunity to leave her day job at the University of Hull arose, Pam decided to take the leap and become a fully qualified yoga instructor, and along the way she’s added pregnancy & mummy and baby yoga with YogaBellies, (and is THE go-to class for pregnancy, with local GPs, midwives and nurses regularly attending her classes) and laughter yoga (yes really it's a thing!).
Pam is also a registered UK celebrant, delivering bespoke ceremonies for births, weddings and funerals (UK Society of Celebrants).
In her personal life, Pam has battled with depression, chronic fatigue and most recently Lymphoma and she uses these experiences to help others with their own problems. A genuine, professional and approachable outlook means that Pam is ideally placed to help everyone she possibly can.
She also produces fabulous home-made biscuits, works hard on continuing training and development and has recently set up a happiness group with a friend! When the occasional bit of spare time allows, Pam loves reading, walking her dog and spending time with her family.

“Pam was both personable and professional in being our Celebrant for Isla’s naming ceremony. She took the time to get know our family and set out a clear plan on preparing us for the day which was a great success.
We wanted something short and personal and Pam managed to deliver that perfectly. We could not have been more happy.
“Pam was an inspiration. Warm, friendly and professional!”
