Pam always explained the moves really clearly and made sure that the options for stronger or simpler moves were explained too. Meeting other mums and babies and the opportunity to spend time bonding and exercising with my son was most valuable. Attending YogaBellies has absolutely helped my life in general (not just on the yoga mat)!

Pam conducted our marriage ceremony in June last year and it was lovely.
She worked with us to create a ceremony that was just what we wanted and it went off beautifully.
Pam was both personable and professional in being our celebrant for Isla’s naming ceremony. She took the time to get to know our family and set out a clear plan on preparing us for the day which was a great success. We wanted something short and personal and Pam managed to deliver that perfectly. We could not have been happier.
I cannot recommend Yogabellies enough!! It was such a positive experience for me during my pregnancy on several levels... It allowed me to continue with yoga safely, at a level that was right for me in my ever-changing (and growing) body, it provided the opportunity to discuss pregnancy with other mummies to be (including my craving for twiglets), but also gave me the opportunity to meet new friends, which was especially important as a first time mummy. My yoga breathing was one of the best tools I had in labour, and something that my husband could get involved with, and having practiced weekly in class it came naturally on the day. And let’s not forget Pam’s awesome ginger biscuits, the best way to end any yoga practice.
